Ordering and shipping

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Typically, it takes 3-7 days to process an order. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can find estimates in our delivery section.

Where are orders shipped from?

We work with printing partners in the UK, Spain, USA, Latvia, Australia and Canada.

Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

Additional customs fees and taxes may apply to international orders and are determined by your local customs office. Check with your local customs authority for more information.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors or check with your local post office or neighbors. If the address is correct and the package is still missing, contact us with your order number.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about tracking, please email us at outofreachcollective@gmail.com

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy ?

For customers residing in the European Union, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of your products. For customers outside the EU, we do not offer returns. Contact us at outofreachcollective@gmail.com within 30 days if there are any issues with your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are given to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. Please contact us at outofreachcollective@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange a refund. For EU customers, returns are accepted within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the product, but you are responsible for the return postage.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive an item with incorrect labeling, contact us at outofreachcollective@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a replacement or refund.
